This website was originally started when a close friend complained about the difficulty in finding easy to compare information about candidates' views on different important issues. After doing some independent searching of various websites it became apparent that finding a nonpartisan website with easy to understand voting information was difficult at best. As such the creators of this website decided to undertake the task.
